About Me

As an engineer and artist, I have always had a desire for creating new things. I love to see an idea manifest into a tangible object in the physical world. I was raised in Jackson, Mississippi, a town rich with culture and artistry. There as a kid, I attended an academic and performing arts school which really fed my childhood passions of math and drawing. I played a few sports in high school but ultimately decided that math would be my vehicle to the next stage of life. I went on to attend Mississippi State University where I obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering. And now as an engineer, I have revamped my childhood passion for drawing into painting and creating visual art. I hope to use my academic insight and artwork to influence the next generation of black thinkers and creators. Join me along the way.
